These terms govern your use of miskeymarketinglabs.com and any services provided by Miskey Marketing Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Miskey Marketing Labs provides paid social media advertising management services, including Facebook and Instagram campaign strategy, creative development, campaign management, and reporting. The specific scope of services is agreed upon in writing before engagement begins.
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, competition, and the quality of the client's offer. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. We commit to professional management, transparent reporting, and continuous optimization.
Clients are responsible for:
Management fees are billed monthly. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform and is separate from management fees. Specific payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Month-to-month agreements require 30 days notice. Upon termination, all client-owned assets (ad accounts, creative, data) remain the property of the client.
Ad creative and copy developed by Miskey Marketing Labs for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Miskey Marketing Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the month in which the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
